Website Consolidation, Modernization, and Tribal Experience Platform

A vendor is sought to lead the consolidation and modernization of websites, as well as to develop a tribal experience platform in California. The project begins with a comprehensive discovery and planning phase, which includes conducting a detailed website and content audit, performing audience analysis and user journey mapping, and developing an updated information architecture and sitemap.

The design phase will focus on crafting a user experience and user interface (UX/UI) that prioritizes accessibility and integrates cultural design elements and storytelling reflective of tribal communities. Deliverables include a reusable design system and component library. During the development and implementation phase, the vendor will select and configure an appropriate content management system (CMS), execute both front-end and back-end development, manage content migration with clean-up and validation, and support integration with forms, workflows, and external tools as needed.

The project concludes with rigorous testing across browsers and devices to ensure optimal performance and quality assurance. The selected vendor will also plan and support the launch, providing transition assistance to facilitate a smooth rollout and ongoing platform sustainability.
