Real-world usability testing involving end users with various disabilities is required to inform actionable recommendations. The vendor will also evaluate language clarity and the system’s usability for citizens with low literacy and digital literacy. Comparative benchmarking against regional or international digital registration systems will be conducted to provide context and identify best practices.

Deliverables will include a set of recommendations for improving accessibility and inclusivity, such as enhancements for online checking of voting station allocation. The project will consider the system’s operating environment, whether web-based, mobile, or hybrid, and will ensure thorough compatibility and usability for all intended users.
