The agency is seeking a vendor to design and develop a website or webpage dedicated to the pre-sale, promotional, sales, and distribution of rain barrels. The platform should manage sales, support a resident pre-qualification process, facilitate delivery to event sites, and support adequate staffing for unloading and staging rain barrels.
The website must include robust e-commerce functionality to process credit card or check payments for up to 123 rain barrels. Vendors are expected to provide an excel spreadsheet of eligible residents who have purchased a rain barrel, including pertinent contact information, at least 48 hours before the event begins. Features of the website should encompass pre-sale capabilities, event details, purchasing limits per household, real-time event updates, instructional videos for loading and installation, and templates/photos for event promotion.
Additionally, the site should provide comprehensive information on purchasing, installing, and using rain barrels, detailed specifications, warranty details, capacity, benefits, and a frequently asked questions section. All vendor questions must be submitted by March 6, 2026.
