The vendor will collaborate on developing a page structure that enhances usability and site functionality, while ensuring responsive optimization across devices such as phones, tablets, and desktop or laptop computers.

The scope includes performing an SEO audit to evaluate website performance and recommend strategies to improve search engine visibility. Enhanced contact forms with confirmation messages are required, along with the setup of a unified search function capable of indexing content from both the external website and the Trumpet internal platform. This search should feature auto-suggest and synonym expansion, and provide clear citations or links in all results.

An AI chatbot must be integrated, utilizing only internal Trumpet and external site content, with dashboards summarizing chatbot usage, search queries, and overall site engagement. The content management system should support robust metadata tagging, enabling administrators to manage taxonomy through creating, editing, merging, and retiring tags.
