A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive website and social media advertising services for Airshow 2026 in Idaho. The scope includes the creation and ongoing development of a professional, user-friendly website that showcases the Airshow and allows visitors to sign up for event alerts via cell phone or email. The website must support regular updates, especially as the event date approaches, to provide live information for attendees.
In addition to website development, the selected vendor will be responsible for managing and executing advertising campaigns across television and radio platforms relevant to the location of the event, including specifying the TV and radio channels to be used, as well as outlining the duration and repetition intervals of messages and videos. The contractor will also manage a dynamic social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and any others deemed effective for engaging the target audience. Coordination of content and cross-posting with other official Mountain Home Air Force Base social media pages is required to maximize outreach.
