DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to oversee, perform, and facilitate all aspects of website and intranet design, development, testing, and implementation. The selected vendor will need to gain a comprehensive understanding of the agency’s purpose, programs, and business activities to inform the organization of information, materials, documents, and webforms, ensuring optimal design and usability for both the public-facing website and the internal intranet platform.

Responsibilities also include advising on state and federal requirements related to website design and development, with emphasis on compliance with legal and regulatory standards such as accessibility and multilingual access. The final design must meet best practices and industry standards related to system security to safeguard against cybersecurity threats, data breaches, hacking, and other potential risks.

Mobile device optimization is required to ensure accessibility across devices. The vendor will also support the creation of new digital content, which may include branding elements, logos, imagery, illustrations, and photography. Final deliverables should reflect a comprehensive creative concept and design strategy, including branding, themes, sitemap, navigation, and wireframes.
