DESCRIPTION

The County seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive WebEOC software administrator system. Services include the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and evaluation of system boards, dashboards, workflows, forms, permissions, reports, and process automation to enhance operational effectiveness.

This project encompasses custom development services such as the design, modification, and support of integrations, interfaces, APIs, webpages, dashboards, reports, and mobile applications required for County operations. The scope covers both the existing WebEOC environment and the WebEOC Nexus platform, with services delivered through a combination of onsite and virtual engagement.

Vendors will be responsible for creating a detailed migration plan—including timelines, task sequencing, dependency management, risk identification and mitigation strategies, and communication protocols—followed by the migration of system configurations, workflows, dashboards, forms, permissions, reports, attachments, historical data, and relevant components. Additionally, all existing plugins, integrations, and custom-developed elements must be validated and appropriately configured for the Nexus environment or updated as approved by the County.

Additional deliverables include thorough and accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, dashboards, integrations, security settings, and administrative procedures, as well as prompt resolution and documentation of any migration-related defects or issues.
