Web Portal and Mobile Application Development, Updated, Integration, Deployment and Testing Service

A development partner is sought to deliver comprehensive services for the web portal and mobile application used by community pharmacies in the Philippines. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, deploying, and maintaining both the web portal and mobile app. This includes customizing the platform based on user feedback, addressing reported bugs, updating system features as necessary, and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date user manual.

Key tasks involve implementing new user login requests through API development with Azure AD, adding data delete capabilities, expanding data management frameworks, and integrating advanced data analysis dashboards, such as time series analysis tools. The contractor will also oversee the deployment of updated solutions to the production environment and conduct thorough pilot testing of both the web portal and mobile app following all enhancements.

Operational support is required on an ongoing basis, with routine evaluations and timely issue resolution facilitated through a ticketing system. This system will track bug reports, manage user feedback, and ensure that support personnel address issues promptly, maintaining the platform's reliability and responsiveness to user needs.
