DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive web development and creative graphic design services. The selected partner will review communications plans and create websites and graphic designs that advance the agency’s communications goals and objectives. Responsibilities include supporting the agency’s communications execution through graphic design, web design, development, and creative services, as well as attending strategy and creative meetings to contribute input and direction.

Vendors will develop designs that supplement or enhance written content to aid in message delivery, generate multiple design options for agency review, and produce branded materials aligned with the agency’s mission, vision, and values. Tasks also encompass creating custom illustrations to convey technical information to general audiences, designing and developing accessible websites compliant with current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and designing graphics for print and digital use including brochures, logos, media kits, educational publications, annual reports, icons, advertisements, events, websites, and social media. All work must adhere to established project schedules and budgets.
