The client seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive web design, development, hosting, migration, and implementation services utilizing a content management system (CMS). Requirements include a user-friendly visual page editor accessible without advanced technical expertise, customizable content types, and an option to add internal notes or logs when edits are performed. The solution must offer robust tracking for user edits, including identification of the last editor, and accommodate role-based access control by user, department, or campus.

Essential features include website monitoring tools for issues such as broken links, accessibility errors, and content quality concerns, as well as capabilities to create and distribute newsletters. The service should furnish a centralized media library, optional mobile application or communication tools, and integration with external media platforms. Additionally, it should support clean file naming and URL structures, integrated language translation functionality, and seamless integration with Google Workspace, including calendars.

Advanced search features, search analytics and reporting, and comprehensive website analytics to monitor user behavior, page visits, and engagement across district and campus sites are required. The initial contract is specified for a one-year term. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
