The project requires the development of a secure, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive web platform for a community. This platform should enable community members to submit needs or service requests online through an accessible form where they can describe their needs, provide contact information, and select relevant categories.
A facilitator dashboard must be included to monitor and manage incoming requests. The system should support efficient matching of community needs with available services, organizations, or volunteers. Notifications, either via email or in-platform alerts, are required to inform users about new requests and status updates.
The platform must be optimized for smartphones and tablets to ensure accessibility for all users and facilitate ease of use.
