DESCRIPTION
The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive support and services for an open-source Web Content Management System (WebCMS), specifically using Plone and operated on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), in addition to other open-source tools. The selected provider will deliver application expertise to effectively implement business practices within the Plone WebCMS, including upgrades, security patching, and maintaining ADA accessibility compliance.
Key responsibilities include supplying a Project Manager, Technical Lead, Business Analyst, and supporting Development and Technical Support staff. The engagement involves assisting with workflow modifications, templating, and general consultation on application capabilities. The vendor will also assist with migration to OCI containers, configuring them with Podman and Systemd, and providing guidance on enhancing and consolidating permissions and workflow.
Implementation and deployment support are also required throughout the two-year contract period. All vendor inquiries must be submitted by April 29, 2026.
