Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
This RFP seeks a provider for a comprehensive web content management system (WCMS) and mass notification system (MNS), suitable for deployment as a cloud/SaaS, hosted, or on-premises solution. The Mass Notification System must enable real-time distribution of alerts and informational messages to staff, students, and the community using voice, email, text/SMS, and other supported channels, going beyond typical website-based notifications. The scope of work includes implementation, training, ongoing maintenance, and all necessary support services.
The Web Content Management System should offer a secure, accessible, and scalable platform to create, organize, manage, publish, and maintain web content for both public-facing and internal needs. Features should include an intuitive interface for both technical and nontechnical users, reusable templates, centralized media management, and robust role-based access controls with hierarchical workflows. The system must also support multilingual content, site-wide search, secure document publishing, version control with audit history, accessibility tools, and content quality assurance utilities.
Additionally, the Mass Notification System should provide reusable message templates, multilingual messaging and translation, delivery tracking and reporting, recipient acknowledgment, and the ability to manage unsuccessful deliveries and duplicate contact records. Both systems should offer advanced analytics, reporting functionalities, and strong operational controls.
