DESCRIPTION
The solicitation seeks a vendor to provide a web content management system and a mass notification system, which may be delivered as cloud, SaaS, hosted, or on-premises solutions. The mass notification component can be either an integral part of the content management system or offered as a stand-alone product, so long as it enables real-time alert and informational message distribution to staff, students, and the broader community through various communication channels. This system should enhance communication capabilities beyond typical website-based notifications.
The platform must be secure, accessible, and scalable, supporting the efficient creation, organization, management, publication, and maintenance of web content for both public-facing and internal use. The solution should integrate seamlessly with other systems, data sources, and third-party platforms via standard APIs or secure data exchanges. Additional requirements include tools for document and website accessibility evaluation, monitoring, and support, as well as deployment in a secure, industry-standard-aligned hosting environment. The contract will have a one-year initial term, and solutions will be made available to 1GPA cooperative members on an as-needed basis.
