A vendor is sought to provide web-based and mobile wellness and mental health self-management software designed for users aged 13 and older. The solution must be evidence-based and facilitate access via both web and mobile platforms, enabling participants to engage with the program conveniently across devices.
Key features should include a digital self-assessment module with comprehensive clinical evaluation. This must integrate validated clinical questionnaires and consider the user’s personal context. Following the assessment, the software should generate a personalized plan and provide access to an extensive digital library of resources.
Additionally, the solution should offer evidence-based digital courses to guide users through various wellness and health promotion areas, such as healthy weight maintenance, smoking and tobacco use cessation, and encouraging physical activity. The contract for this engagement will span three years.
