The government authority in Springfield, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based central communication system for regulatory monitoring and oversight of video gaming terminals statewide. This system will connect approximately 48,400 video gaming terminals and associated equipment across 8,700 locations, facilitating comprehensive monitoring, auditing, and enforcement functions.

Key requirements include a user-friendly web-based portal with a dashboard offering pre-configured, fully populated standard reports featuring accounting and operational data, terminal operator billing, and auditing information. The system should also deliver robust ad hoc reporting capabilities and a dashboard solution with an intuitive application interface for accessing up-to-date production data, centralized within the vendor’s secure data warehouse. Reports must be readily downloadable in various formats without significant delay, with system data refreshed every five minutes.

In addition, the vendor will be expected to provide support during a 24-month transition and upgrade phase, ensuring seamless transfer of data and hardware between service providers. The solution must also handle the calculation, collection, and distribution of gaming revenues. The contract term for this project is ten years.
