The vendor is required to provide state-of-the-art web-based training content for delivery through a Learning Management System (LMS). The content should improve performance and ensure full compliance in mandated subjects by offering web-based training to all personnel. The training modules should be designed for high interaction with learners and utilize a variety of presentation formats, including online courses, videos, webinars, and pertinent written documents for learners to print and keep for ongoing review.
Customization options must be available to tailor content for individual users. The solution should deliver a hosted online platform that enables user administration and integrates e-learning content access. Consistent delivery of engaging courses should enhance employee performance, and the platform must support tracking of employee participation in both online and classroom training, as well as proficiency in coursework. Additionally, the provider should offer supplemental professional development opportunities.
The contract period will be for three years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 27, 2026.
