The organization seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, web-based ticketing and asset tracking system. The solution must be cloud-based and support student device management as well as an integrated ticketing workflow tailored for the technology department. The purpose is to replace manual processes, spreadsheets, and disparate ticketing systems with a centralized platform.
Key requirements include maintaining an inventory of all Dell and Apple student and staff devices, supporting bulk upload and export of asset data, and enabling users to filter asset data by school, grade level, device type, and status. The system should automatically synchronize with student enrollment data, update device assignments according to enrollment changes, and maintain historical records of device assignments. The contract period is set for one year.
