Instructors should be able to add embedded links or access points directly within specific Brightspace modules.

Additional requirements include secure online exam registration available 24/7, support for creating and managing custom registration events (such as orientations or workshops), and automated email or SMS notifications for appointment receipts, reminders, and updates. The system must ensure password protection with unique identifiers for all users, comply with ADA accessibility standards, provide mobile access for viewing and processing data, and offer options for custom branding of pages.
