DESCRIPTION

An educational institution is seeking a web-based solution to efficiently manage and track student experiential learning placements. The desired cloud-based platform must support integration with academic curricula, accreditation mapping, and provide a unified, hosted environment under a single contract.

The software should deliver a consistent and robust user experience across smartphones, tablets, and computers. Key features include customizable interfaces for different user groups, the ability to manage one-time and ongoing experiential activities, mobile-adapted administration, and separate management access for academic, administrative, and clinical partners. The platform should allow for direct data export in .csv or .xls formats, flexible permission management, and communication tools connecting students, instructors, agencies, and supervisors.

Additional requirements include real-time timesheet review, evaluation tools, flexible external supervisor login options, course data synchronization to track service-learning requirements, as well as support for single sign-on (SSO) and two-factor authentication (2FA). The contract for this comprehensive solution is anticipated to span five years.
