Vendors are invited to provide a web-based electronic health records and student health charting software tailored for use in K–12 school environments. The proposed solution should align with established documentation standards and best practices for K–12 student health, ensuring secure recordkeeping, clinical charting, and comprehensive reporting for school-based health services.

The software must function reliably on both current and future macOS versions and offer web-based accessibility compatible with district technology infrastructures. Key features should include robust tools for secure documentation, management, reporting, and analysis of student health information, covering clinical visits, medication administration, care plans, immunization tracking, health screenings, and regulatory compliance requirements. Role-based digital access licenses must be provided for authorized students and staff to maintain strict privacy controls.

The solution should support secure export or downloading of records and reports in formats such as PDF to meet compliance, reporting, and retention requirements. Additionally, the vendor should deliver professional development and training to nursing staff and other authorized users to ensure effective system implementation and continued usage. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 15, 2026.
