A Texas organization is seeking a web-based or cloud-hosted software solution for salary benchmarking and job description management. The selected provider will deliver a platform capable of managing compensation data, integrating third-party data sources and salary surveys—often collected from PeopleSoft in Excel format—and providing a single solution for creating, updating, and storing job descriptions. The system should include access to AI-powered functionality and market pricing features, with standard calculations for benchmarking roles within the organization.
The software must support the integration and validation of multiple data sources, allow for the addition and management of supplementary salary surveys, and automate job description processes such as revision tracking and exporting approved versions to the organization's HRIS or applicant tracking systems. The vendor will also be expected to provide unlimited online training and the ability to generate custom reports at no extra cost. Additionally, the vendor will present the solution to the talent engagement and compensation teams. The contract will be for a one-year term.
