The platform should also provide robust leader-level reporting capabilities, enabling administrators to analyze recognition activity by manager, department, and division. Additional measures such as client satisfaction reviews, on-time delivery, and order fulfillment accuracy are expected to be tracked and maintained.
The solution should foster an inclusive and engaging environment by enabling recognition at all levels of the workforce, with tools for tracking adoption trends, frequency and types of recognition, and benchmarking against organizational averages.
