DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive, web-based retirement benefits calculator platform designed to serve up to 45,000 unique employee profiles. The platform should be capable of securely obtaining data from the National Finance Center or any third-party sources to accurately compute complex retirement estimates, supporting employees in making informed retirement decisions.
Key features will include the ability to generate pre-populated forms, robust financial and retirement planning tools, and a variety of educational resources such as videos, downloadable documents, or other media formats. The software must also integrate specialized calculators for Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), Social Security Administration (SSA) calculations, and provide internal tools that assist HR Specialists in determining retirement coverage and making corrections under the Federal Erroneous Retirement Coverage Corrections Act.
This project requires a solution that enhances retirement planning capabilities and improves the accuracy and efficiency of benefits determination for both employees and HR personnel.
