SUMMARY

Connecticut seeks a vendor for a web-based records management system with indexing, imaging, cashiering, reporting, and integrated public access features.

DESCRIPTION

The State of Connecticut is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a comprehensive web-based records management system. The required solution should offer robust indexing capabilities for multiple record types, without incurring additional costs for expanding index categories. The system must enable imaging of all indexed documents, integration with marriage application processes, and support for a web-based dog registry that allows customers to make electronic payments.

Key functionalities include a cashiering module with import capabilities, detailed statistical indexing and productivity reporting (such as instrument occurrence, front book index, and custom date range reports), and the delivery of reports in both hard copy and PDF formats. The system should provide shared user licenses for staff and public access licenses for two dedicated search workstations.

Additionally, the platform must accommodate eRecording and eCommerce transactions, including direct payment functionalities. Provisions for unlimited phone and remote support, comprehensive software upgrades, online public access for searching and purchasing document images, and direct certification of documents from within the system are also required.
