DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide a web-based reading and writing intervention program designed for students in grades 6 through 8. The solution must offer progress monitoring assessments at least six times per year, with computer-adaptive assessments that adjust difficulty based on student performance. Immediate scoring upon completion is required, along with reports that identify students who are not performing at grade level.
The program should include high-interest texts from varied genres, provide a hierarchy of user roles and permissions, and retain data records for students who become inactive or unenrolled. Instructional content must offer immediate corrective feedback and modeling, with scaffolded lessons that guide students from basic to complex topics. All content should be age-appropriate, visually appealing, and engaging for middle school students.
The system must support data for Response to Intervention (RTI) and have interventions available for tiered instruction. Questions related to this RFP must be submitted by April 16, 2026.
