Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization is seeking information regarding the replacement of its existing patient elopement system with a modern, web-based or application-based solution. This new system is required to enhance health and safety monitoring for residents, providing improved coverage and enabling more effective real-time response through automated alerts to staff members.
The desired solution should feature a user-friendly map-based interface that displays the location of at-risk patients within the facility, supporting early detection of elopement attempts before a patient leaves a secure area. It must operate continuously (24/7), support mobile applications, and deliver alerts through existing staff workflows. Additional features include the ability to define and configure safe zones and restricted areas, customizable alert thresholds, and the capacity to support high-risk populations.
Comprehensive real-time reporting and record-keeping of events and alerts, as well as early warning when patients approach or breach boundaries, are essential system capabilities. All questions related to this RFI must be sent by March 20, 2026.
