A healthcare organization in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a secure, reliable, and scalable web-based patient billing and electronic payment solution. This system must provide seamless integration with Epic MyChart and support a broad range of payment channels, including web portals, mobile interfaces (responsive design or native applications), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), in-person transactions, and SMS/text-to-pay options.
The solution must facilitate automated payment posting and daily reconciliation processes. It should include a patient-facing payment portal with full Epic MyChart integration, and support major forms of payment such as credit/debit cards, ACH, HSA/FSA cards, and digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, and e-Checks.
