DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive, secure, cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for the development and maintenance of an online, public-facing parcel assessment information portal. The portal must enable 24/7 access to parcel-specific data, supporting both web and mobile-friendly interfaces compatible with Windows, Android, and Apple (iOS) operating systems.
The solution should allow seamless integration with web and mobile devices, and offer processes for purging documents and data in accordance with county specifications. User security permissions must be configurable by groups and individuals based on defined roles. The contract will have a five-year term.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than March 12, 2026.
