The County is seeking a vendor to provide web-based online safety training solutions, including a comprehensive library of occupational safety and health e-learning courses for approximately 4,000 employees. These courses should cover topics such as occupational safety, health, and safe driving. All e-learning content must comply with the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and be provided in a single .zip file, with vendors required to confirm compliance as part of their submission.
Courses should be accessible online 24/7 throughout the year via major browsers such as Microsoft Edge and Chrome, and must be fully functional on Windows 11. The solution should integrate with the County's Prism+ Learning Management System (LMS), allowing the setup of course access, content display, and tracking of completion results. Engaging, interactive features are required in each course, including audio, video (various file types supported), images, sound, graphics, and hyperlinks for industry terms, all delivered in manageable learning segments with responsive design.
Vendors must provide technical support via email or phone during standard business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday) and supply a clear implementation process for content delivery and uploading to Prism+ (Oracle Cloud HCM Learning). A full course catalog for adult learners must also be available for review.
