It must facilitate real-time logging of interactions among mentor coordinators, mentors, and beginning teachers, and generate comprehensive reports and analytics to monitor teacher support and progress.
The platform aims to ensure compliance, support accountability, and provide high-quality, consistent support for beginning teachers. It will also track professional development progress and next steps, promoting continuous improvement and instructional effectiveness. The initial contract period will be for one year.
