Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based online ordering system along with the supply of uniform garments, such as shirts, pants, jackets, and work shoes for approximately 260 maintenance employees and supervisors. The solution must include online catalogs enabling employees to place orders, with functionality to restrict options based on group or department approval. Additionally, the system should support multiple departments and shipping addresses, and accommodate administrative authority for managing employee allowances, tracking individual expenditures, generating reports, and altering employee ranks or designations.
The selected vendor's representative must be available Monday through Friday during business hours to support the uniform ordering process, as well as provide consultation, sizing, fitting, website training, or meetings as needed. Uniform customization services such as patches, embroidery, and silk screening—including department and name logos—are required to be included in the pricing. Patches should be sewn or applied via high-heat pressure, with provisions for removal and replacement due to wear or logo change. Name embroidery must meet specified dimensions and location requirements, and all logo placements are required for the various uniform types. The awarded contract will have a duration of three years.
