A government entity is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a next-generation, web-based client management system. This initiative requires a phased approach to system development and modernization, covering areas such as system architecture, data governance, interconnections, network and platform infrastructure, legacy source code, system security, and web components.
The solution must integrate new features and functionalities with the existing Azure commercial infrastructure and ensure backwards compatibility. During the modernization process, the legacy system will remain operational until all components have been transitioned. The modernized platform must incorporate advanced user features including purposeful graphics, charts, and animations for enhanced user interaction; interactive, user-centric dashboards; customizable components for stakeholder personalization; and the optional use of voice interfaces where appropriate.
Additional requirements include the use of easy-to-read fonts, smart forms with real-time validation, and robust built-in spellchecking capabilities across text prompts and reporting tools. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a user-friendly, innovative system that enhances client management operations through phased, seamless modernization.
