The requesting organization is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based media relations platform, offering either the Meltwater Services Media Relations Software or an equivalent solution. The platform must deliver a subscription with full access for at least two users and include comprehensive support for implementation and maintenance.

The chosen solution should feature an unlimited news monitoring service, providing real-time coverage across all designated market areas, encompassing print, online, blog, TV broadcast outlets, and popular social media channels. Real-time measurement and analysis tools are required, including metrics such as circulation, advertising equivalency value, prominence and impact scoring, messaging momentum, and share of voice.

A detailed media database at local, regional, national, and international levels, with daily updates, must be included. Custom reporting capabilities are essential, allowing for printable and customizable analytics reports with graphs and charts, suitable for integration into digital presentations. These reports should be instantly generated at various levels, including department, project, press release, publication, journalist, and individual user. The initial contract period will be for one year. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 7, 2026.
