DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking vendors to provide a web-based Life Cycle Assessment Tool. The platform must enable simultaneous updates for all users and resolve compatibility issues commonly associated with desktop applications. Key features should include integration with process libraries, and the development of comprehensive user training programs aimed at promoting energy and resource conservation as well as cost-effective planning for airfield infrastructure.

Vendors are also expected to develop a robust database capturing domestic supply chains—including refineries for asphalt binder, aggregate quarries, cement plants—and their geographic locations, along with power source information for electricity and fuel suppliers. Proposal plans should contain a clear narrative of task objectives, the technical approach, a list of deliverables, and a timeline with major milestones. The contract will cover a one-year period.
