Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The court is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based Jury Management System (JMS) that automates jury functions and processes to the greatest extent possible. The JMS software must efficiently handle approximately 78,000 processing requests each month and accept simultaneous real-time updates from multiple locations, utilizing any number of workstations without significant performance degradation.
The system should support sending user-defined messages, including SMS messages tailored with juror-specific data, and allow processing of groups of jurors. Key features include automated juror check-in in courtrooms, maintenance of complete juror history, computation and management of juror case costs, and capturing juror-related statistics both at individual locations and for the entire system. Robust reporting capabilities and excel export functionalities are required for payment processing, along with the ability to send status-specific SMS messages to jurors (e.g., summoned, needs to report, excused).
Compatibility with all industry standard browsers and commonly used mobile browsers is mandatory. The system must support attendance processing by scanning badges, posting accurate date and time of arrivals, and verifying that jurors are reporting on their scheduled date.
