SUMMARY

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts seeks vendor input for a secure, scalable, cloud-based Jury Management System to modernize federal jury operations and ensure PII protection.

DESCRIPTION

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding commercial solutions for a modern, web-based Jury Management System (JMS). This system is intended to replace the current legacy JMS with a secure, cloud-based platform capable of supporting the complete lifecycle of federal jury operations. Key functionalities include juror summonsing, qualification, check-in, management of juror information, integration with court proceedings, and protection of sensitive juror personally identifiable information (PII).

The AO emphasizes scalability, cloud security, data privacy, high-volume workflow support, and compliance with federal security and identity management practices. Vendors are encouraged to share technical capabilities, security compliance methods, integration strategies, data migration solutions, and implementation timelines. Input on industry best practices, innovative approaches, and considerations to enhance the effectiveness, security, or efficiency of the future JMS solution is also welcomed.

Responses will help the Judiciary refine its requirements, acquisition strategy, and Statement of Objectives for the prospective procurement. Vendors should address topics outlined in the RFI and utilize the provided Excel questionnaire for their responses. This RFI is part of market research only; it is not a solicitation for formal offers nor will it result in a contract award.
