The state of Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a web-based conflict of interest (COI) management software system. This system should feature comprehensive dashboard and reporting capabilities, configurable web-based questionnaires with multi-level branching, and robust tools for tracking, updating, and monitoring conflict disclosures. The solution must support both customizations to meet specific needs and data migration from the previous system.
Vendors will also be responsible for training staff and providing educational resources for end users. Additional requirements include maintenance and ongoing support, automated notification and follow-up features, integration with HR data feeds, single sign-on (SSO) options, and internal system communications for end users. The system should also allow for the delineation and separate resolution of different conflict issues through the disclosure process.
The contract will cover a period of three years. Interested vendors must submit all questions regarding this opportunity by November 18, 2025.
