Web-Based Integrated Physician Billing, Scheduling and Cloud Solution

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a web-based integrated solution for physician billing, scheduling, and cloud operations. The solution must be entirely web-based, requiring no software installation, and accessible from desktop PCs, mobile devices, and personal computers located both inside and outside the customer's network. The selected vendor will deliver, operate, and support a cohesive, end-to-end physician operations capability on a single, unified platform.

The system must present a consistent and intuitive user experience across web browsers and native mobile applications for physicians, nurse practitioners, administrative staff, Medical Office Assistants, and customer operational users. Required features include Microsoft Authenticator App support, username and password authentication for external users, a fully functional mobile app with physician calendar integration, and support for alternate email identifiers for access. The comprehensive platform must provide seamless physician billing workflows, including claim creation, submission, adjustment, and reconciliation, as well as centralized scheduling for all physicians and clinical services.

Additionally, the RFP specifies a single, all-inclusive per-claim transaction rate covering "White Glove" billing services, encompassing data processing, onsite pick-up, claim validation, remittance and reconciliation reporting, account management, analytics, rejection management, and AOP (Assignment of Payees) management. The contract will be for five years, with a questions deadline set for March 16, 2026.
