The issuer is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based hosted information technology solution together with ongoing IT support services. The selected provider will serve as the remote management and support partner, delivering a fully functional managed IT environment for approximately 50 full-time staff.
Scope of services includes Microsoft Office 365 cloud backup with unlimited storage, Microsoft 365 Business Premium Non-Profit licenses for up to 50 users, anti-spam and URL filtering, cybersecurity training, IT support and troubleshooting, and managed workstation security. The provider will also deliver cloud management, software installation assistance, help desk support related to the hosted environment, and support in managing VOIP phone services, including administration of a 3CX hosted phone system.
Additional requirements include managed endpoint detection and response, identity threat detection and response, Microsoft antivirus, advanced email threat protection, Microsoft security patch management, remote desktop support, Duo multi-factor authentication, 24/7 cloud log ingestion, remote access to work PCs, and secure password management. The contract term is expected to be three years, and questions are due by May 20, 2026.
