An organization is seeking a provider for a comprehensive, web-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to manage the full lifecycle of HR functions for over 350 employees. The HRIS solution should maintain personnel demographic information and support a range of human resources activities across the organization.

Key required modules include Human Capital Management, Time & Attendance Management, Payroll and Benefits Administration (with features for open enrollment and carrier connections), Performance and Goal Management, and a Recruitment/Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additional functionalities should encompass web-based onboarding, document management with electronic signature capabilities, as well as robust reporting and analytics dashboards.

The system must also include a Training and Development module in the form of a Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS should be customizable, support the upload of SCORM or AICC custom content by the organization without vendor assistance, feature a searchable course catalog, and allow for setting passing scores on tests. This solution should offer a seamless experience for all HR processes, from hiring to employee development.
