California schools are seeking a vendor to provide a web-based healthcare billing solution, encompassing implementation, support, and training services. The selected provider will deliver a comprehensive, turn-key medical billing system designed to establish a standardized process across multiple school sites.
The solution must include all associated costs for software, maintenance, customer support, project management, training, and implementation. It must be compatible with leading internet browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and offer installation and training assistance at each school location. Key requirements include secure login, role-based access controls, a permanent access log for student files, and automated billing tools for programs such as the Billing Option Program (BOP).
Additional features should include customizable dashboards, robust reporting tools and templates, and data validation capabilities for student and insurance information.
