SUMMARY

Ontario seeks a web-based French-language training and online French-tutoring platform for government employees.

DESCRIPTION

The Ontario government is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive web-based French-language training platform, alongside online French-tutoring services for government employees. The platform is intended to serve employees in the French Language Services Land and Resources Cluster (FLSLRC), offering 24/7 access to a variety of learning resources aimed at enhancing both written and oral French language skills.

In addition to the self-directed training platform, the solution should include online oral French-tutoring individual classes specifically designed for staff occupying Designated Bilingual Positions (DBP). The tutoring component should be accessible to up to fifty staff members and be both flexible and cost-effective to maximize participation and learning outcomes. The training program must incorporate diverse teaching methodologies, such as videos, stories, and audio resources, to support different learning preferences and optimize results.

Vendors should structure their solutions to allow seamless access for FLSLRC ministries and address the needs of both group and individual learning. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by January 26, 2026.
