The contracting entity is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based system for fleet charge card data management and reporting. The required solution must facilitate comprehensive management of fleet charge cards, including the ability to set up new accounts, order and register cards, and manage user credentials and security levels online.
Additional requirements include the ability to update cardholder and vehicle information, order and issue replacement cards, and adjust security features at the card account level in real time. The system must support the creation and extraction of detailed transaction reports on demand, and provide daily reports of fraud and declined transactions. Cards issued should be universally accepted by fuel retailers and be part of a rebate program. User roles, access, and authority levels must be customizable for managers, approvers, and cardholders within the purchasing entity. The contract will have a two-year period. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by March 4, 2026.
