DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based employer online portal designed for enterprise use. The portal must enable authorized stakeholders to access important documents and information, submit transactions, and interact with the organization electronically in a secure and auditable manner.

The solution includes provisioning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the portal to allow stakeholders and users to view statements, access correspondence, upload required materials, and conduct defined business transactions in line with operational and regulatory processes. The Phase 1 foundation will serve as a scalable platform, adaptable to multiple lines of business and stakeholder groups without the need for future re-platforming.

Optional future enhancements may include secure two-way messaging, handling large files or multimedia submissions, secure data exchange and download, advanced tracking and notifications, improved user experience for document organization, and integrations with legacy or future enterprise systems. All vendor questions must be submitted by April 4, 2026.
