DESCRIPTION

The State of Delaware seeks a vendor to provide a secure, web-based emergency medical reporting system. This application must support both centralized data repository and field stations, offering robust data collection, management, and reporting functionalities.

Features required include the ability to produce predetermined reports, detailed statistical analysis, and flexible querying for evolving data interests such as EMS funding or resource allocation. The system should be capable of importing EMS run data from various proprietary software programs currently used by providers across the state using translation programs. Other essential capabilities include a standard web-based interface, real-time logging of entered data directly to the web server, and 24/7 system access with full customer service support.

A mobile application is required for EMS providers for completing and uploading real-time Patient Care Reports (PCRs) when a connection is available. The reporting tool must allow for comprehensive auditing, statistical analysis, and retrieval of all entered data, supporting staff records and operational oversight.
