DESCRIPTION

A web-based elementary computer science instructional platform is required to deliver pre-created coding lessons aligned with computer science standards for grades K–5. The platform should provide both teachers and students with a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate coding curriculum that is compatible with the district's physical computing devices and supports robust analytics, professional training, and implementation support.

Lessons should teach computer science concepts while integrating with other core content standards to enhance student achievement across multiple subject areas. The platform must include a train-the-trainer professional development model, supporting teacher implementation and use of existing district tools and physical computing devices. Features should also encompass video-guided teacher lessons, customizable slide decks, and functionality for teachers to toggle, assign, and customize lessons, as well as view and provide feedback on student work.

Secure login and rostering must be facilitated via Google or Clever single sign-on (SSO). The initial contract period will be one year.
