DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide web-based electronic transcript services, incorporating credential verification, security and compliance, as well as robust implementation and support. The required system will include user-friendly dashboards and capabilities to filter transcripts by school type, student date of birth, last name, credential type, country, delivery email, sending institution, graduation year, state/province, delivery format, and sent date.
The service must feature automated messaging to notify the sender when documents are received, and maintain detailed prospective student profiles, capturing information such as name, contact information, citizenship, academic background, GPA, test scores, class rank, interests, and family education levels. The platform should offer real-time report generation, customizable settings, analytics to track credential volumes and trends, and tools for measuring activity within specified timeframes. The contract term will be two years.
