The Montana health services division is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based electronic health record (EHR) and billing solution. The selected system must support a variety of programs, including immunization clinics, home visiting, and nutrition services. It should track, document, and store all data from initial client interactions through the billing process, accommodating needs such as routine vaccinations for all ages, tuberculosis screening, and mobile immunization clinics held throughout the county year-round.
Key requirements include the migration of existing records to the new system, robust logging and audit functionality, and comprehensive role-based access controls tailored to staff responsibilities. The EHR must offer a secure client portal, enabling individuals to access records, complete forms, schedule appointments, and communicate with care teams. Additional features should include the ability to scan and attach files to client charts, merge duplicate records, and document consents, release of information, services rendered, and narrative notes.
The contract term for the resulting agreement will be five years.
