Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
An agency in New York is seeking a vendor to provide a fully integrated, web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system. The solution must include billing and scheduling functionalities to help optimize operational efficiency, resource management, and population health oversight. Advanced features are required to support clinical-driven governance, decision support, and efficient workflows, including content- and data-driven alerts, standard tracking practices, and robust clinical data management.
The system should function reliably as a web or thick client application with client-side caching or frequent saving of note data to mitigate risks associated with connectivity loss. The backend must utilize a relational high-performance database such as Microsoft SQL or Oracle, and adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, SOC 2, and ONC certifications or standards as applicable. Integration with Single Sign-On mechanisms using Active Directory or Entra ID is required. The platform should support advanced note-taking tools (such as voice dictation and smart phrases), instant clinical workflow messaging, and the ability to capture and appropriately route internal and external communications from various sources (email, telephone, text). All features must be accessible via web browser. The contract will span three years.
